Actively monitor technical support requests for the systems and ensure that their problems are resolved, Perform installation and maintenance of hardware, network and software within the institution, Investigate performance and problems of server systems and conduct improvement studies, Provide support services to address user problems and requests, Track operating system or hardware needs for system development and assist in the procurement process, Test and evaluate systems, Perform server and user backups; Proactively monitor the three points of the system to ensure security and efficiency; Maintain internal inventory, licensing and infrastructure information; Work with the appropriate project team; Participate in the delivery of user friendly solutions and services; Regularly prepare and present reports on system and user operations to management; Perform other duties in support of general business needs or as assigned by management.
